 How long will it take to receive my item?
A: Please allow 3 to 4  days to receive an item after we ship it.

Q: Do you ship International?
A: We do ship to most countries. Free shipping.
Customs and Import Duties:Your country of residence may impose duties or levy some charge that you must pay because your order originated outside of your home  country. These fees are your responsibility and are separate from the cost paid to joggles for your merchandise and shipping. Thanks for understanding.

Q: Are Shipping & Handling fees included?
A: Shipping & Handling  fees are free.
 
Q: If I send payment today, how fast can you ship?
A:It will take about 10 days for making a new ring for you if your size is out of stock,and additional 3-4 days for delivery.

A: You can pay with MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards and all payments are processed by PayPal. Money order is preferred.
 

Q: How do I check if my payment via PayPal has gone through?
A: The easiest way to find out if a payment has been sent by PayPal is to log into your PayPal account and click on the History tab. The History section will show you all the  payments you have successfully sent.
